Minister urges all to fight discrimination against women

The Minister of Women Affairs Community, Small and Medium Enterprises Development, Dr Sithembiso Nyoni has commended efforts by various stakeholders that have seen progress in the fight against all forms of discrimination against women in Zimbabwe.

Speaking to Khulumani FM news on the sidelines of a pool tournament organised by a local organisation to mark the International Women’s Day commemorations, Dr Nyoni commended the organizers for the gesture which she said proved to women that their male counterparts are also committed to the fight discrimination against women.   

Organizers of the tournament which was running under the theme ‘mukadzi haashungurudzwe’ said the tournament was a dedication to all women on this special day.
