President Filipe Nyusi inaugurated

Mozambican President Filipe  Nyusi has been inaugurated following his victory in an election held in October last year.

President Emmerson Mnangagwa is in Maputo, Mozambique for the inauguration of Filipe nyusi as mozambique’s president

President Mnangagwa is part of the more than three thousand delegates invited to attend the inauguration ceremony today.

President Nyusi, representing FRELIMO romped to victory by garnering 73 percent of the vote in an election held in October last year.

Zimbabwe and Mozambique enjoy cordial relations that have been sustained over many years through political and economic co-operation and robust trade relations.
