Dairy training to benefit Beitbridge youths
Twenty youths from Beitbridge are set to benefit from dairy farming training programme which will be held in the United States of America.
The programme which will be rolled out in phases was initiated by Beitbridge East legislator Cde Albert Nguluvhe in fulfilment of his election promises to promote youth empowerment in the area.
A representative of the sponsors, Mr Moitato Moitato said after training the youths will be engaged at a dairy products processing plant which will be opened in Beitbridge east soon.
Youth empowerment projects have been cited as key in ensuring the growth of the economy with the government creating opportunities for young people to be part of mainstream national economic activities.
