Ruling party scoffs at reports of alleged abductions

The ZANU pf politburo has scoffed at reports of alleged abductions – as a desperate attempt by anti-government  forces to tarnish the image of Zimbabwe ahead of the United Nations general assembly to be held in New York starting this week.

Briefing journalists on the outcome of the politburo held this Wednesday the ZANU pf Secretary for Information and Publicity Ambassador Simon Khaya Moyo says the politburo expressed dismay over the continuous stage managed reports of abductions.

The ZANU pf National Spokesperson says President Mnangagwa expressed gratitude to African leaders and the ANC leadership which organised commemorations in honour of the late founding father of Zimbabwe Cde Robert Mugabe.
