President expected to navigate economic challenges

Following the swearing in of President Emmerson Mnangagwa, expectations are that the bulk of his effort must be put on navigating the economic challenges that are afflicting the country.
Having set the bar high by projecting a middle income economy by 2030, President Mnangagwa who has already managed to attract huge investments needs the support of all Zimbabweans as he lays the foundation stone in the new economic approach says political analysts, Mr Methuseli Moyo.
Moyo says the devolution agenda is set to be the flagship of president Mnangagwa’s office where he takes issues back to communities so that they are a part of managing their own economy as dictated by the constitution.
Mr Moyo also challenged those who lost in the election to understand that the political season is over and the economic development agenda has set for Zimbabwe.
